I am pleased to be with you as your Locum priest during this interregnum period. I am sure there will be a period of adjustment following Fr. Stuart’s retirement and a sense of anticipation about what this Locum may do and be, as well as the long-term future for the parish. Interregnums can be disturbing for some, as well as a time of reflection and renewal as we seek to discover what God is asking of us at this time in our parish life.
I plan to be in the parish on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sunday and of course always available at any other time necessary, whether it is for a visit, a funeral or parish occasion. .
