Today we farewell Fr Stuart Gardiner<\/strong> as he retires from parish\u00a0ministry after more than 30 years\u2019 service in the Diocese of\u00a0Melbourne. He has been our priest and friend at St George\u2019s since\u00a0May 2015. We give thanks today for his ministry in this place, as well\u00a0as his ministries in other parishes and as Area Dean.<\/p>\n

We will miss him\u00a0in many ways-for his pithy and erudite sermons; for his gentleness;kindness; common sense, and his dry wit.\u00a0We wish him and Gail many blessings in his retirement and thank him\u00a0for a job well done.<\/p>\n
